Wash and soak Rajma for 4 hours.
Add salt,cloves, cinnamon stick,dry ginger powder in Rajma and boil.
Peel onion,ginger and garlic. Grind it to paste.
Chop tomatoes and make puree.
Take a pan,add mustard oil.
Add asafoetida and cumin seeds
When it crackles,add onion paste.
Saute it till colour starts changing.
Add tomato puree.
Add all masala and cook it covered.
Add cooked puree to the boiled Rajma.
Cook it for some time.
Take a wok,add ghee.
Add red chilli powder to the warm ghee.
Add this tempering to the Rajma.
Add chopped coriander leaves.
Enjoy it with steamed rice.
